“I moved back into my neighborhood after being away for two years and walked to the Coral Gables Hertz station that is about a 10 minute walk from my house. I told Mark Johnson (the branch manager) that I had a reservation. He looked up my reservation and printed my contract. It soon dawned upon me that I had not given him my name nor a reservation number. He remembered me from two years ago!
Now I have had only great experiences with Hertz over two decades (I never rent from any other company) but this sets the bar to a new height! Of course the car was in perfect order and immediately ready for me to drive off. Thank you Mark for another great Hertz experience! You are the definition of customer service!”

“The service, the welcome, and the dedication to Enterprise customers were impeccable. The team located directly inside Mercedes-Benz of Coral Gables demonstrated great professionalism, efficiency, and provided excellent care throughout my entire experience. They even took the time to contact my insurance company so that the rental car could be covered.
Best regards”
