Car Rental in Coral Gables, FL

“The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the actual vehicle that I got. My car was in the shop for 2 weeks and I was told I would get a car. When I arrived, the only car they could offer me was an SUV. I did NOT want an SUV for various reasons I won't go into. Also, the vehicle looked like it had not been washed outside or the interior cleaned. My main reason for doing this review actually though is for the service. The service was 5 stars! From my initial call and in person with Gabriel. For a young man, he was so professional and helpful. I was so impressed with his customer service and knowledge. I'm sorry I didn't get the name of the nice lady that helped me when I returned the vehicle but she also went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend this location and will definitely use again if I need to in the future. I will however insist on getting the type of vehicle that I will feel most comfortable driving and will make sure I have time to speak up about the condition of the vehicle. When I picked it up, I was in a hurry or else I would have said something and I"m sure they would have done what they could for me. I appreciate the great customer service I received and please keep up the great work! Thank you!”

“My friend and I rented for 4 days a beautiful Buick Encore GX Avenir. We were so pleased with the car and are actually considering getting one.

When we arrived we got their 10 minutes before they closed due to our flight being late, and instead of the workers rushing us or being upset they were kind and compassionate. We felt very taken care of. We really were grateful we chose Hertz for our rental. We just wish there was a key drop off so we could've held on to the beautiful care a bit linger but other than that it was perfect. Thank you.”
