The owner was so pleasant and nice that he came and picked us up from the airport and took us back to the car rental to get our vehicle. He even upgraded us to an suv considerate that our family was a party of 5 and thinking a standard car wasn't to comfortable for all of us to be in especially it was our family vacation and my first time being in Florida for the first time ever. Having such great customer service really kicked off our vacation to a great start. “Although this is a very, very small location it is highly busy. The current staff is wonderful. Romel the Manager was very helpful and accommodating, and Chris truly went above and beyond to resolve my issue! In spite of having a reservation, there were no cars upon my arrival. He worked diligently and QUICKLY to locate an upgraded vehicle at a nearby location. I was most grateful. I don't always expect flawless experiences but I do expect resolutions and excellent customer service and that's what I received. The staff here deserves additional help/staffing, because both they, and Enterprise customers merit it. They could also benefit from a larger fleet of cars, since as I said earlier, this is a high traffic location. I will return due to a positive staff experience.”

“All the rental companies in one place, plus a shuttle to get you there makes this place great. It's not nearly as confusing as it used to be with separate shuttles and separate lots all over. It's comfortably cool inside and the people manning the rental desks were kind and patient with many of the wary foreign travellers. Starbucks was a nice touch and certainly needed.”
