ATM machines are atrociously slow. Tried to make a deposit and simply took too long. Additionally, had to try to put my chase card three times for machine to recognize

Olivia is super sweet and helpful! She is knowledgeable about what she does and was able to explain things to me and my family in a simple way we can understand. Something we thought might be difficult, she was able to assist in minutes. Great experience all around!

I want to commend Chase for the exceptional service we received. After spending three days trying to resolve an issue and visiting three different branches, we decided to come to this one. The service was bad I felt discriminated as a young Israelites man for cashing a check from my job company ,and the lady in the front left side said that my check was not able to cash because I have to deposit the chase check into my BOA account which is a lie.I was discriminated against , without even trying to verify the check

I don't frequent this branch often as I moved further away from it, but I was a victim of identity theft and the representatives of this branch were diligent and communicative. When someone impersonated me at this location with an ID stolen years ago, the staff were suspicious, called me, and in the end, did not allow a stranger to cash a fraudulent check in my name. Thank you Karen and Carlos for following your instincts!I can't say the same for another Chase branch further north that, within two days, allowed maybe the same person to cash the same check that later bounced and was then withdrawn from my account. You gotta find the good Chase branches and the one on Ponce is a good one.

I opened my account online and I go to the drive thru for deposits or taking money out. I've tried to set it up with my chime card but it's too difficult to figure out in the app and I really dislike using zelle.
