Citi is a financial services company that offers a wide range of products and services, including digital banking, mortgage, personal loans, small business banking, credit cards, and investment services. The bank's location on US1 in the heart of Coral Gables was convenient, with plenty of parking spots and easy access to the highway. However, some customers have reported mixed experiences with the branch. While one customer praised the helpful and knowledgeable assistance of Thania Abreu in assisting a young person with opening a checking account and applying for a credit card, another customer had a less positive experience, waiting for nearly an hour without any customers being served. The bank manager is encouraged to consider treating Citi clients with more respect and priority to improve the overall customer experience.
They’re friendly once you get their attention. The game is being acknowledged at all when you’re just standing there. My recommendation if you come to this branch is to LITERALLY yell for attention. Otherwise they’re just going to ignore you. Too much work for them to get out of their chairs.
