“This is the kindest, most professional and friendliest place you can go to for guayaberas. They had ones for my children, my husband, and my father - all outfits for different generations. Not only were the guayaberas beautiful, the service was impeccable. They tailored the outfits within an hour, remembered to remove the tags so my young kids didn’t complain, pressed the shirts, and delivered them to us the same day. Incredible. Not many businesses are run like this these days. I wish they all were - the world would be a better place!”

The autofill on my computer put in the old city and zip code (its the city over, but not the point), I reached out to customer service via chat and got Jason. Without hesitation, Jason not only took care of my issue, but it was without any kind of stress or excessive questions, or any sort of negativity. He instantly recreated the order, trusted the delivery process and that the items would be returned to sender, and trusted me to send them back if I somehow miraculously got them.
