“This is the kindest, most professional and friendliest place you can go to for guayaberas. They had ones for my children, my husband, and my father - all outfits for different generations. Not only were the guayaberas beautiful, the service was impeccable. They tailored the outfits within an hour, remembered to remove the tags so my young kids didn’t complain, pressed the shirts, and delivered them to us the same day. Incredible. Not many businesses are run like this these days. I wish they all were - the world would be a better place!”

“Not only do I love their products, the quality, design are all top notch, what I truly love is their customer service. I purchased a pretty sizable order after just moving. The autofill on my computer put in the old city and zip code (its the city over, but not the point), I reached out to customer service via chat and got Jason. Without hesitation, Jason not only took care of my issue, but it was without any kind of stress or excessive questions, or any sort of negativity. He instantly recreated the order, trusted the delivery process and that the items would be returned to sender, and trusted me to send them back if I somehow miraculously got them. This is the epitome of customer service. They didn't question the error, they understood and took care of me. It was my fault...but that didn't matter to them. This is why I have and will continue to purchase from them and will recommend them to any and everyone. Thank you Jason and Untuckit for this experience.”

We love everything she does and trust her opinion on what is best for you. Fittings are usually two or three times, and she and her team are very experienced in haute couture. “Huge store, products fairly organized considering it’s Ross, and the staff are quite pleasant. Clean bathroom was a big plus! From the signs in the changing rooms and the fact that they check your receipt upon exit, it’s clear that they’ve dealt with plenty of shoplifters, which is unfortunate. I really liked this Ross and I plan on returning”
“I live out of State and had a friend purchase multiple swimsuits for me. As a breast cancer survivor, swimsuits are hard enough online but the scars make it harder. I had a lot of returns and great customer service to end up happy with all 4 suits. Staff went out of their way to make sure I ended up with what I liked and that I loved all of my purchases.
