Terrible customer service today I went to print some action documents that I have done in several CVs I asked the lady at the cashier and she told me that they did not do that and I told her that I had done it other times and that they have the service put on the website with very bad form calls the manager as if annoying when I was only asking a question anyway they did not help me if they do not offer the service put it on the website so that customers do not waste their time.

You see the bottle of the cologne or parfum on the glass display, as a tester, but if you want to buy it, they say (in a nice way) that they do not have new ones. For example: cologne Joop for men.

I have been a customer since they opened their 57 Ave and 8th St. location. For over 25 years was a customer at their West Miami location on 8th St.and 53rd Ave when Emilio and Rosa were the pharmacists.
The service at the new location has deteriorated immensely, long lines, and 30 minute waits is the norm.
I was recently discharged from the hospital after a 4 day stay and on our way to drop me off, my friend and I went thru the drive thru. After waiting 20 minutes with no contact from employees my friend waved at a young man working inside , explained I had just been discharged and politely asked how much longer we'd have to wait. In an extremely rude and abrasive manner he answered that this was not an emergency clinic and we'd have to wait as long as necessary..I believe we as customers deserve to be treated in a respectful manner and something needs to be done about the wait time. Half an hou and longer in line to pick up a much needed medication is unacceptable. They should also be trained in customer service manners especially when addressed respectfully.

I feel this pharmacy is overloaded with customers picking up medications and not enough staffing to provide quality service to clients. This pharmacy used to flow better but lately there are so many people in line both inside the store and outside through the drive-through that it’s just not a pleasant experience at all to pick up prescriptions at this CVS. It should not take 30 to 35 minutes to pick up medicine that is ready for pick up. There is always only one person attending customers at the pharmacy in store and it would be helpful with long lines if two employees were available to speed up the wait time. It’s a shame because this location was great with its pharmacy service before (compared to other CVS in the area). It has hugely deteriorated and I’m considering changing to another (non-CVS). Definitely has a staffing issue for the volume and would be great if management would be more attentive to this.

It is a lack of respect, the pharmacy closes from 1.30 pm to 2 pm since all its employees go out together to take a break, which is unusual since any customer who arrives with an emergency for a medication has to wait for the full staff since they are not there. available, it is understood that if they provide service they have to take their break separately so that they can provide service.
