Not only did she answer my questions, but she was also able to address my concerns with the utmost care.I scheduled a visit to the showroom. Upon entering, I was greeted with her warm smile. During the visit, she showed me several diamonds that met the criteria I requested. After about 45 minutes, we selected a diamond and a setting. Due to the nature of the purchase, it had to be custom-made.Approximately 3.5 weeks later, the ring was ready.
