Idk know what her title is. But the woman returned my call promptly I explained my situation and. In a less than 24hrs technician came , day or so later parts were ordered ? I mean who does this? Seriously ? me to them. Today Juan. The technician. I've seen many. This guy knows his shit. Very very professional. I just couldn't be more grateful. I will be a customer of dmr until I leave this earth. Thank you in guys again.”

“I am bilateral amputee legs (above the knee patient for over 44 years. This was a result of a car accident back in 1982. Not 100 % happy with the Prothesis I have received back then, I was always searching for better options. My priority was to find the best prosthetist allied health professional who designs, measures, manufactures, and fits artificial limbs (prostheses). Luckily, back 30 years ago, I had the opportunity to meet Eugene Silva from Advance Motion Control . He became my advisor and guidance in my disability journey. He has fabricated several set of prosthesis which has allowed me to re- incorporate in a regular life style.
Eugene presented to me the Computerize Legs (C-Legs) more than 15 years. These advance Prothesis and his dedicated word have changed positively my whole life.
Just last Thursday 01/05/26 he has delivered the latest C-Legs which keep me independent, stable and confident when I’m walking. Please see the attached photos.

I now get all of my medications delivered from them and I am always nervous about expensive medications getting lost or just being left at my doorstep but they have great tracking and they text you when they are close! “After Hurricane Ian had passed our service engineer (Mitch) was onsite to assess and order helium to keep the magnet cold. He set the bypass valve to conserve boiloff all whiteout ever being called. Once power was restored he was again onsite to test the magnet and restart the coldhead. Service is fantastic all engineers are knowledgeable and well trained. He also verified functionality of our CT. He made the process of reopening smooth and is a valued member of our team.”

Natasha was truly amazing she took her time with me, explained everything in detail, and made sure I really understood. I learned so much from her, and it was clear that she genuinely cared, not just about filling a prescription but about me as a patient.
