“After Hurricane Ian had passed our service engineer (Mitch) was onsite to assess and order helium to keep the magnet cold. He set the bypass valve to conserve boiloff all whiteout ever being called. Once power was restored he was again onsite to test the magnet and restart the coldhead. Service is fantastic all engineers are knowledgeable and well trained. He also verified functionality of our CT. He made the process of reopening smooth and is a valued member of our team.”
