Store on Miracle Mile in Coral Gables. I came in very frustrated because I had been unable to restore my new phone because my other had been stolen. The new phone would not activate due to an issue with incorrect digital SIM card.
The representative Luisa was phenomenal. She totally exceeded my customer expectations.
She was knowledgeable, patient, attentive, courteous and solved my problem quickly.

“This store is hard to see that it is here, I always come to Milan’s and never see it , mainly because the sign is off and the store has nothing to attract from outside. Jorge the manager helped me after going to several stores with my issue and no one was able to help. Highly recommend.”
