Home Services from SEARS is a rip off- they wash their hands and waste their client's time. Total rip off- Stay away. The people in charge of the department do not want to work there, and wash their hands. I have had 5 visits and nobody seems to be able to fix the problem, yet I am being charged every single visit.

Friendly staff, amazing holiday pricing(30-40 % off) and never crowded. It's a place to buy without the stress.

Extreme poor quality cloth. A lot of empty shoes shelves. What a big difference from what Sears used to be.

The service sucks, probably why they are closing down. Commission or salary must be borderline low because we walked in at 5:30 and were being rushed at the shoe department. We were only able to grab one pair as she told us we had to leave at 5:55 as the registrar would not charge us after 6. Most store have a courtesy policy that they wait for the customer shopping, but don't let others in after 6. These people made us leave. So sketcher will get our work boot sales for our employees. Would of been a good commission but needed effort this sale rep was lacking. Farewell Sears! You were once a store that cared. Shameful!

Sears technician Brett came to repair my GE Dishwasher today and he understood the problem. Any questions I had and I did, he explained to my understanding. Sears you should be very proud of such a knowledgeable, friendly technician as Brett. It is always good to reward people who knows their job and can complete it with ease.

Sears has become the worse store in Miami, Florida. bought a refrigerator in july 2020, paid almost $3000 kenmore elite, I was told it is the best. now, it is broken. CHEAP PRODUCTS PARTS, NOT WORTH TO BUY FROM THEM. THIS STORE USED TO BE SEARS, NOW IT IS A FLEA MARKET.

Sometimes you can find great deals on clothing and other things. I've enjoyed shopping here for years. However, recently I intended to stop there to look at the new clothes brought in, but there's a sign that you need to pay to park. Decided to leave.

The escalator was working going up, not down! The elevator wasn't working either!!! so you can walk the stairs going up and down or take the escalator going up and walk down 2 flights of stairs. If your handicap stay on the first floor or go to another store!!!

I was just checking on something from the old neighborhood on maps, and was curious what the big building was at the corner of Douglas and Coral Way. Turns out it's Sears, the same Sears that my mom used to take me shopping at some sixty years ago! I'm sure it's undergone a few facelifts since then though. I have to wonder if they still have the candy & nuts counter that they used to have? Then after been a various candies and warm nuts! It seemed huge to me then My mom used to always buy me a 1lb box of warm soften cashews, to keep me in line while she's concentrating on shopping ? glad to see some of the past still exists, but considering their economic troubles of the recent past, I kind of doubt it's much to write home about anymore! But hey, who knows?

The paid parking situation ruins the who experience. I will not be coming back until the parking app is eliminated. Whoever thought it was a good idea to do such a ridiculous thing should be fired.
