Hours: The UPS Store #7285 in Coral Gables provides a range of services including expert packing, shipping, printing, document finishing, mailbox rentals, notary, shredding, and faxing. It is locally owned and operated, dedicated to helping customers with their needs. Customers appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, especially employees like Adrien and Terrence, who go above and beyond to assist with important packages and time-sensitive documents. One customer highlighted how Terrence was kind, patient, and thorough when helping with notarization, making a stressful situation much easier. Another reviewer praised Lenox for his knowledgeable assistance in locating and returning an Amazon package sent to the wrong city. The store is conveniently located near the University of Miami, serving the campus community. However, some issues with hours were noted; online hours were not always updated seasonally, leading to visits when the store was unexpectedly closed. Despite this, the staff’s dedication, especially in moments when the store was closed or hours were modified, was highly valued. Overall, the Coral Gables UPS Store is praised for its excellent customer service and helpful staff.
