I go to this UPS all the time and it’s usually quick service. I just don’t understand why no one picks up the phone. Last time I went for notary services, the person wasn’t at the store yet. If they pick up the phone, it would have saved me a trip.

I called in to change a delivery date and Eric was sooo great, its definitely wasnt an easy process but he handled it all for me and had a great attitude about it. Thank you sooo much Eric !!!!
