ADRIEN is the BEST! As a Mom 4000 miles away from my girl having someone care and help find a very important package was wonderful. He was so helpful. Thank you UPS for hiring such a GREAT employee.

My Amazon order was send by mistake in wrong city. I was able to located it , and thanks to one of the employees Lenox who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable I was able to return the package back to Amazon. Thank you Lenox and UPS for your outstanding costumer service.

Really awful service, it’s kind of hard to believe they keep their contract with the U. Most recent was charging $10 to receive a package that did not have a box number on it. It’s clearly a price gouge and many correctly labeled packages take them 3-5 extra days to deliver.

A company, the size of UPS should have the capacity to update their hours online seasonally. Showed up on a Sunday as online hours indicate this location is open, for it to be closed. Photo included taken July 28th 2024.

The service is very slow. The staff disappeared for about 5 minutes and we had waited for 15 minutes for returning goods.

Much to my dismay I arrived for my appointment with the notary when the store was closed due to modified spring break hours (this store is on UM campus). I do not believe this was the store's fault. Terrence let me in anyway and assisted me with printing, notarizing and signing my time sensitive documents. He was very thorough, kind, and helpful. His patience and compassion was what I needed in that moment and made a difference in my week. I would highly recommend this location. Thank you, Terrence!

Came 10 min before the closing yet was greeted nicely by two gentlemen working there. One was doing the till, and another swiftly took my return and gave me the receipt. Out in 90 seconds! Love it!

I recently had a rather concerning experience when my package ( Engagement ring ) went missing during its delivery process. However, I would like to take a moment to commend the exceptional assistance I received from the UPS team in resolving this issue.Upon realizing that my package had gone astray, I immediately contacted UPS Store. The Owner I spoke with was not only patient and empathetic but also highly efficient in addressing my concerns. They swiftly initiated a trace on my package and assured me that they would do their utmost to locate it after 3 days the manager called me and he said he found my package and he handled it to me.

I would give it a zero if could. I did their summer storage and they just failed to deliver any of my things without explanation/warning after confirming the day of that it would be delivered (something I paid extra for). I now have to stay in a raw dorm with nothing in it except a suitcase because on top of that, I didn't find out they didn't deliver anything until after they closed. Also the workers are hit or miss when it comes to helping you. The man we talked to sounded like he had no idea what he was doing. Would not recommend.

This UPS Store offers terrible service. Being a student at the University of Miami, I was very excited to see that a UPS Store was on campus. I was expecting shipping in and out of the store to be an easy process that wouldn't yield any problems. I was wrong. I've had packages shipped to this UPS Store over 10 times in the past few years here at this school, and not once was receiving my package an easy task. Over half of the time, the packages I've had delivered here get "lost" or "misplaced," and the customer service sucks. I've lost $100+ worth of school supplies and other items because of the terrible services provided by this location. When I've tried to get refunded or otherwise compensated for these lost items, I've always been told to wait and that a call would be returned when they've found the items. They NEVER return the call and NEVER found any of the items that they themselves admitted to losing. I would recommend taking your shipping needs to any other place but this UPS Store, because you WILL be losing your packages and your time and effort in trying to get them found.
