I opened my vape 2 feet from the entrance & it was defective. I walked to the employee and asked to exchange it and he refused. We purchased a total of 5 vapes and spent over $100 &This is how I get treated from this employee. Very disappointed with the customer service

LOVE THIS SHOP ! Excellent customer service, very helpful employees ! Went in for just a disposable and left with a bag of things ! Definitely coming back here again

I went in the other day for some delta 8 and Jacky the sales rep was there and help me choose some items out and man did she help out a lot . Loved her expertise and professionalism. The store is very well assorted ,and clean.
