I’ve been going to this vape store for years and it’s always a delight! Super friendly owner and staff and have never had a problem with any products I’ve bought from them. They treat their regulars well! Thank you Lucky’s!

Worst service ever! Rude as it can be with the customers, even got insulted because I thought the store was already open!!! I don’t even understand how a business like this one in coconut grove is still open with that type of treatment to the people ????

Walked in. Got shopkeepers attention after a minute. He said how he got a bad review recently. Well here I am. I checked vape pen because many do not work. He gave me a scolding, and I will never support this shop again.
