Manager and crew member are really rude

They are short staffed, transactions takes forever, no one even comes to apologize for their delays and the manager I believe, who’s name is Omar Martinez is very rude. Instead of apologizing he decided to talk down to us as if we were asking to be served for free and even those people deserve manners and respect. Don’t bother to answer to my complaint with your corporate copy paste apologies. Save it! Thanks Isaac for helping us and for acknowledging the importance of true customer service, how important is to communicate any waiting situation to a customer and for being humble enough to take our feedback for future customers.

Thanks to this Verizon location I have a new phone and a great monthly plan. Alejandra was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. She came up with the perfect plan for my needs. She went the extra mile to make sure that everything was done correctly and my new phone was working properly. She provided me with an exceptional customer service. Isaac answered all our questions and even found a way to save me money. Turns out I could benefit from an international plan. I was over paying and he caught it. Plus unbelievably I got a new iPhone and my wife got a new S24 out of the whole process. Incredible. Later I had problem with my contact information that I’ve tried to solve for almost 3 years. Isaac solved it in 2 minutes. Thank you very much. Highly recommend you look for Isaac if you’re in the coral gables store.

One of the best FSS (locations) of Verizon! Sixto, Pablo, Omar, Charles and everyone were so attentive and ready to help, they all were answering questions, even as they helped us as we were waiting for our phones to download, etc., I saw so many other customers being helped simultaneously and no one felt like they were ignored. They offered water, were very informative and all we had to do was say what we wanted and they took care of the rest - we walked out up and running!

Terrible experience. Showed up at 6:08pm on a Thursday to buy a new phone, given the store states its hours as open until 7:00pm. The door was locked and the employee - Diana - indicated the store had closed early. She refused to open the door or give an explanation as to why.
I asked whether, if I came back tomorrow at the same time (well before the stated closing time), she would also have decided to close early again. Her response was to shrug her shoulders and say “maybe”.
Can’t believe Verizon thinks this level of service is acceptable.

This store is at the corner of Ponce de Leon in Coral Gables. The people working there used to be so friendly and helpful. During our visit today the current manager this and his female sales associate were so unpleasant to speak with that we decided to quietly leave. These 2 need to move on to jobs where they don't face the public. Or the public doesn't have to meet them.
