The associate who sold me my phone on January 3 lied and claimed he would apply $100 to my account for the next bill. He said it would appear on my account. I contacted corporate, but they couldn't find any record of this transaction. This man is a fraud. If you try contacting the store it goes to corporate, I live an hour away extremly unfair.

I bought a new iPhone 13 a year ago this month at this location, and during the past year damaged what looked to be the screen. So I returned to the store today to see what my options were and was helped by the incredible Diana--friendly, knowledgable, professional--who determined that my screen was unscathed. Only the screen protector was cracked.Diana helped me get a new protector, which she expertly affixed to the phone after cleaning the screen, and she also helped me select a better quality phone case than I had been using.While she was doing all of this work though, the manager Christopher was helping another customer. He told the customer he wasn't sure about something and Diana gave him the information he needed. He repeated to his customer the info she shared without even acknowledging Diana's contribution. He did not thank her, not even with a one word "thanks" or something. In fact, he gave her a dagger-liked stare of unkindness which was completely out of pocket.Female customers--I highly advise you to ask for Diana and turn and run if you end up with Christopher who was so disrespectful to his coworker. Oh, and btw, why is Diana a "specialist" and Christopher a "manager" when she clearly knows more than he does. As a working woman who has had to fight her way through these kinds of situations my entire career, I say to Verizon: DO BETTER.

Went in to switch my services from AT&T to Verizon. I was helped by a younger looking guy named George. He was the absolute best. He knew his stuff had a super easy-going personality and made the overall experience there pleasant and informative. I left there knowing exactly what my plan would offer, how much more or less I would be getting compared to my previous provider, the kind of information that I would find on the mobile app, and what I could do with it, and he really tried to do everything in his power to get me the best deal. I don't usually leave reviews but this guy was worth it.

I regret to write a review about my disappointing experience with Alina Echavarri. As a trade customer, I expected a certain level of professionalism and reliability, but unfortunately, Alina failed to meet even the basic standards of customer service.The issues began when Alina informed me that she had a hood in stock and assured me that it would take only one week to receive it. Based on this information, I made plans and commitments, relying on her promised timeline. However, today, I received an email from someone named Alex, stating that the hood would not arrive for another six weeks. This unexpected delay has caused significant inconvenience and frustration for me and my business.What is even more concerning is Alina's complete lack of communication and responsiveness. Despite countless attempts to contact her through texts, emails, and phone calls, she has consistently failed to answer her phone or respond to any of my messages. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for her customers' time is simply unacceptable.In my 20 years of doing business, I have never encountered someone as unprofessional and disrespectful as Alina. I strongly advise against conducting any business with her. Her lack of integrity and poor communication skills have not only caused me significant inconvenience but have also undermined my trust in her as a professional.It is disheartening to have such a negative experience with someone in the trade industry, where reliability and professionalism are paramount. I sincerely hope that this review serves as a warning to others, and that they can avoid the frustrations and disappointments I have endured in dealing with Alina Echavarri.

Everyone at this location is always so friendly and helpful! From the moment you walk in the store they have a welcoming atmosphere and it continues with the kind culture they have at their store. I have been their multiple times and it has always been a positive and efficient experience. Christina, the manager, was absolutely fantastic! She has amazing customer service. She not only was able to help me quickly but just had such a joy about everything she did in the process even to the point of reassuring another customer who was distressed due to an issue she was having. Overall, this is a wonderful team and an excellent manager. I hope they get the recognition they deserve from Verizon!
