I took my elderly mother to renew her expired debit card. When I went to speak to an employee about it. I was told I needed an appointment. I scheduled an appointment and returned the next day. The same male employee told me, he could not order my mom a new card. That I needed to call the number on back of the card. I called the number and was told that my mom's bank could help her order her a new card. I informed her that I already tried but was told that they were no longer allowed to do that anymore. She was surprise to learned that I was told that at the bank. I made an appointment the next day. I met the same employee that lied to me. I informed him what the lady on the phone had told me. I was going to give him an ear full about him lying to me and refusing to do his job to help my mother. He quickly told me he had to go to lunch, but that another employee will help me. An employee by the name of Valerie was fantastic. She resolved my mom's issue within 20 minutes. The other employee was terrible.

Came in today to just deposit a check and of course I don't need assistance for that but, I find it funny that the person working the floor is racist towards Asians. He asked everyone around me if they needed assistance and he was standing next to me.

Sorry to say one of the best and most good service. Has gone at least for the moment. They Wii say because of Covi protocol but the public service for help in person.the worst lately. They have one person that have to do two or more things and distracted. The cashier's are excellent

I speak only english and live literally down the road from this bank for 15 years. They are friendly courteous and everyone there is bilingual. I love this bank this branch specifically I mean, apart from my personal I have two business accounts there too.

After years of getting screwed by piss poor customer service I finally closed my account at this branch. They were extremely rude. I was constantly questioned by several bank employees as to why I was closing the account. It got to a point where I lost my temper and let them know how shitty the service is. After going thru my account with a microscope I emptied my account and started a happy relationship with a new bank.How surprised was I this morning when I got an email saying my account was still open and overdrawn? Not at all. WELLS FARGO SUCKS!. WATCH THE NETFLIX DOCUMENTARY THEY ARE SHADY!

The competence of some employees, dear lord. I don't want to describe it but take my advice: take your money and run!! Enormous parking lot. But no connection between drive through and parking area. That is very inconvenient. Wait inside depends. There's 2 ATMs outside. Inside staff is very friendly but just not competent.

The bad experience starts as a soon as you pull up as try to do s parking. No parking. Slow service. Although there's an empty lobby you think there is going to be no wait but there always is!!! Unreal. Costumer SERVICE? What is that. They're clueless. No exceptions and no over rides. They even charge you for paper if you ask them to print. Did I forget to mention it's worse than a hair salon when is comes to gossiping about their costumers. Unreal! One of the worst and I proffesional Banks I've had the pleasure to bank with.

From a corporate standpoint Wells Fargo is one of the sketchiest banks in the country..:no news there and their high-pressure borderline predatory banking practices filter down to the branches I can't say this one's particularly better or worse but at some point I'd rather bury my money in my backyard then to deal with wells fargo.

This branch is horrible. Very bad customer service, rude , unprofessional & no one speaks english ! I had to give this a 1 star or it wouldnt let me post but no worhty of 1 star !

Is always hectic at the end of the month when all bills pile up that is why i have wells fargo for me is the best bank at the moment i always go a week before to make deposit i was around the coral way area and i need to use the bank to deposit and take money out when i aproach the clerk they were very rude and usually i swipe my card and they have all my info they were asking me for 2 types of I.D i told them this is the first time this happens to me they were very discriminatory they refuse to help me out they were even ignoring me i call for the manager the first thing he said what ever the clerk said that is it i think that is really low costumer service skills on his part rude and impolite never going this location again
