“Amazing service at Cycle Gear! I came in to gear up my 14-year-old son for his first electric dirt bike, and the staff helped us find everything we needed in his size. I’m talking about helmet, gloves, armor, goggles, knee guards, the works. I thought we’d have to order most of it online, but we left fully geared up and ready to ride. Incredibly knowledgeable and friendly staff who are happy to help. Our sales rep was a rider and really knew his stuff. And his vintage bike out front? Absolutely awesome! Highly recommend this Cycle Gear location!”
“My AGM battery went bad under two years and I visited a different AutoZone for help with warranty and getting a credit as per terms and condition of warranty. The store refused and stated I need to wait after the weekend for the store manager to assist me. I called store #05360 and spoke with the manger MIKE. I explained to him my situation over the phone and he told me to come in and he would take care of it. Thank you Mike for helping me out of a tough situation. “I took my Boxster 986 to TuneRS this week, and it was a flawless experience. I wasn’t able to drop the car off during normal business hours, but they accommodated me without any issues. The staff was incredibly friendly and clear communicators throughout the entire process. They diagnosed the car within a day and provided a very fair quote. Because they figured out the issue so quickly, I was only charged for a single hour of labor plus parts.

“Excellent customer service! We have ordered from this company multiple times, most recently on October 2022. We have always had excellent customer service. Most recently an order was put in and we ordered the wrong part for our model car. The company has you send VIN when ordering and the gentleman emailed/texted to let us know that the part did not match and to get the right part ordered. Then when I was placing the new ordered I failed to hit the final button for submission/payment and the gentleman texted the next morning to let me know he had not gotten the order. Excellent customer service.”
