“This was our second purchase from this dealership. The process to select, test drive, and agree to purchase the car went fast and the sales executive was excellent. He was honest about the car, listened to our needs and concerns, and addressed them all. All of that took about an hour. It got slow after we agreed on a price and purchase.
The dealership was quite busy and it took about another 2-hours to close, finance, (all sales documents were electronically signed and placed on a USB. Loved that) and get the car, yet that was much faster than any other dealership we’ve visited before that keeps you hostage for 8-hours until you buy everything they upsell. We had one that refused to give us our driver’s licenses back after the test drive.

“Excellent customer service! We have ordered from this company multiple times, most recently on October 2022. We have always had excellent customer service. Most recently an order was put in and we ordered the wrong part for our model car. The company has you send VIN when ordering and the gentleman emailed/texted to let us know that the part did not match and to get the right part ordered. Then when I was placing the new ordered I failed to hit the final button for submission/payment and the gentleman texted the next morning to let me know he had not gotten the order. Excellent customer service.”

“I know a lot has been written about Coral Springs Auto Mall - and a lot of not nice things. But... This is different. I have something very positive to share.Having purchased my last Honda from them a few years ago, I decided to try and track down the salesman who helped me.I was so happy that Dion Alcantara was still there. I went over on a Friday and on Saturday afternoon I very happily drove off in my brand new car. Dion is professional, friendly and not pushy at all. When I told him that I was also considering the Hyundai Tucson, he encouraged me to go look at it and drive it (honestly after I drove it, I realized I didn't like it nearly as much as the Rogue). He genuinely wants you to be happy with your new car and he will do everything he can to help you. In the finance department, I was lucky enough to sit with Jonathan Rosario. Super friendly and easy to talk to. He made signing all those papers painless. When my lease is up, I will definitely return and I wholeheartedly suggest that you contact Dion.”
