I bought the tire I wanted at their online store and asked to be delivered at my local (Coral Springs) store. I then took my rear wheel there and they installed and balanced the tire for a better price than anywhere around.”
“My AGM battery went bad under two years and I visited a different AutoZone for help with warranty and getting a credit as per terms and condition of warranty. The store refused and stated I need to wait after the weekend for the store manager to assist me. I called store #05360 and spoke with the manger MIKE. I explained to him my situation over the phone and he told me to come in and he would take care of it. Thank you Mike for helping me out of a tough situation. Now I have a new battery thanks to Mike.”

Jose was who helped me and made the process so smooth and educational! He was super friendly, answered all my questions, and allowed me to watch him replace the battery as I was curious of the process.

“Our 2019 Santa Fe had a falling palm frond damage the hood a couple of months ago. I did some online research and A1-Presto Auto body, located west of Coral Ridge Drive on Wiles Road in Coral Springs came up with high customer review marks so I brought it to them for an estimate which came in close to a couple of other estimates I received afterwards (their PC based estimating SW came in a few dollars more than another nearby, but they had a higher customer sat rating and way less costly than the dealership estimate). I worked with Dave to get the appointment set up, & drop the car off and it was ready 3 days later looking better than new! He was also able to transfer the stickers on the underside of the hood to the new hood as well! Dave went above and beyond, exceeding my expectations by also buffing out some discoloration and marks on the front and the side of the bumper making the SUV looking showroom new! Dave mixes his own paint and, as he said, has been doing it for over 50 years and it shows in the quality of their work! I didn't realize it, but after speaking with Mo, their shop is also ASE certified to do mechanical work as well and while I do as much as I can on my cars (brakes, oil changes), I will definitely keep them in mind should I ever body or mechanical need work beyond my capabilities. The first picture is the after and the other four show the damage from that fallen Palm frond on the ground.”

“I took my Boxster 986 to TuneRS this week, and it was a flawless experience. I wasn’t able to drop the car off during normal business hours, but they accommodated me without any issues. The staff was incredibly friendly and clear communicators throughout the entire process. They diagnosed the car within a day and provided a very fair quote. Because they figured out the issue so quickly, I was only charged for a single hour of labor plus parts.
It is incredibly refreshing to find an honest shop you can trust. I will absolutely be returning the next time my 986 needs service. Highly recommend!”

“Excellent customer service! We have ordered from this company multiple times, most recently on October 2022. We have always had excellent customer service. Most recently an order was put in and we ordered the wrong part for our model car. The company has you send VIN when ordering and the gentleman emailed/texted to let us know that the part did not match and to get the right part ordered. Then when I was placing the new ordered I failed to hit the final button for submission/payment and the gentleman texted the next morning to let me know he had not gotten the order. Excellent customer service.”
