“I came in after 8 pm afraid to turn my car off after the battery died at Publix. I spoke with Tiwon and he explained that they could not put one in at this time. I paid and he carried my battery out for me. He asked if I had help or knew how to do it and I said no.. but I would try to figure it out. I asked if I came back the next day ( assuming it would start) and he said they might. Tamari overheard all of this and as I pulled out they came out after me and said they would do it! After a very frustrating evening these two wonderful humans helped out a 69 year old Veteran in the most kind way.

“I called Auto Computer Performance because I was having new electronic problems after my mechanic used them to program my Engine Control Module. Andrew spent over a half-hour explaining how the ECM could not be the cause of the problem and what I could do to troubleshoot to find the problem. He also referred me to his preferred auto electronics expert. I took his advice and was able to find the problem myself. He was not defensive when I was questioning if something he did was the cause of the problems and was very generous with his time explaining the different control modules and how they interacted. It was great to meet someone who is truly interested in helping someone regardless of whether I was going to be an immediate client. They will definitely be my first call if I have a module issue.”

I had the pleasure of meeting Michael the store manager there. He helped me with getting a new battery and installed it for me. He also helped me put new batteries in my key fobs. He was such a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this store.”
