“I’ve had nothing but the best experience since the first time I stepped through the door, Brenda, who’s at the front is very kind and friendly . Ben is who I dealt with through the whole process to make sure everything went smooth and it did! Luckily for me, the car got done earlier than anticipated. I’m very thankful for people making this so much easier for me especially during a car accident situation. There’s a lot of stress. Thank you again for the wonderful customer service.”

“My truck was hit while parked and Progressive's recommended Body Shop was Classic Collision on SR 7. Dropped it off on March 4th and estimated pick up was March 24, however, I got my truck back March 15....??? Joseph and the guys took great care of Onyx
I highly recommend Classic Collision ??”

“Be very careful when accepting recommendations from mechanics; O'Reilly recommended the worst mechanic in Pompano Beach to me. I mentioned to him—emphasizing that it was merely a *hunch* on my part—that I suspected the starter motor wasn't working. The guy came to my house and removed the starter without performing any kind of diagnostic test beforehand; he then made a phone call and asked me for $320 to purchase the part. The most surprising thing was that, the very next day, he sent me a text message letting me know he was already on his way to install the new part. I went outside to wait for him, and—much to my surprise—he was already finishing up the installation. He didn't give me an invoice, the car still isn't running, and I paid him $250 for the repair…
It is worth mentioning that the company mentions this professional recommendation service. I want to clarify that the service provided by the staff at this branch is top-notch—a perfect 10—but that mechanic the young woman recommended is someone to be wary of.”
