bathrooms are always clean here. I love coming here to use their facilities and test out products before I go home and buy them online for a better price. staff is usually helpful in pointing me in the direction of what I'm looking to examine. I honestly can't remember the last time I bought anything from best buy. it was probably BO2 now that I think of it

We looked around endlessly on the sales floor for the PS5 portals and there were none, only flyers on the floor saying they were out of stock. we walked around found an employee asked and he advised us that they kept them in the “pick up” area and we needed to ask. So, we did. They were brought up by the gentleman in that area and scanned, where he then proceeded to ask how we knew they were back there. Seemed liked a strange question. But we told him, another employee advised we should go there.

Geek Squad team is swamped. They are trying hard, but clearly overwhelmed. I hope Best Buy is not going the same route as other stores (closing) due to online shopping steer in the industry. I love the store but it’s evident that it’s not the same as before, at least not this store - empty shelves, few employees in sight, not as vibrant as it used to be a few years back.

We went to buy an open box product, and it was like new. The description said it had some scratches, but we did not see any scratches. It was a good deal.

It's not a good experience. I will never buy a computer or any electronics there. It took hours to get the computer loaded with WORD and password sets, and then my husband left. Two days later, he finds out the camera is defective. Nobody would help him the next day even though he had bought the membership. Same process days later, 5 hours. The Geek Squad was unable to set up a second laptop, same brand. That was it, so my husband asked for a refund. Now, he is challenging the Geek Squad membership charge. Ridiculous.
Too late, Aaron, after I saw what happened to my husband, I bought a printer at your "so called" competitor. I sent my husband there to buy a laptop. Very pleasant experience. No hassel. The camera works.

You will find a variety of products. The values are very accessible for us Latinos, the difference is 30% up compared to our country of origin.
The sellers are very attentive, and if you need a product that is not in the store, they check a closer one where you can find what you need, making the reservation so that the product is available for you when you arrive at the next location.
