“The car I rented looked brand new and was really clean. The prices are fair and the workers are professional, helpful and work well under pressure. Only one thing is that even if you make an online reservation you might still have to wait a little at pickup for the car to become available. Other than that, great service.”
“Having made an online reservation with Avis, I arrived at Avis Coral Spring only to find that my reserved vehicle was unavailable. I needed a six-passenger vehicle, but Avis provided me with a five-passenger one and asked me to return four hours later to pick up the six-passenger vehicle. To my surprise, the six-passenger vehicle was still unavailable upon my return. However, as compensation for the inconvenience, Avis upgraded me to a luxury eight-passenger vehicle.

“We had a really tough travel day and ended up without a car rental (my own mistake I didn’t choose enterprise first) the next morning I headed to Enterprise on Wiles rd in Coral springs and Kendra Bunch came to my rescue!! She was so helpful , kind and efficient. There was some confusion with drop off location on my reservation and she quickly resolved it and made it right ! I will always choose Enterprise now ! I had an excellent experience at Budget Rental Cars in Coral Springs, Florida! I had the pleasure of dealing with Manager David, who went above and beyond to make sure I was fully accommodated. He was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about all the different vehicles available. The selection of cars was impressive, offering a wide variety to choose from. The facility itself was also very clean and well-organized, which made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this location and especially commend David for his outstanding customer service!”
