About Five Below
Five Below is a store located in the same plaza as Publix on University Dr and Riverside Dr in Coral Springs. This particular store is still under construction, making it confusing to enter with merchandise and boxes, though it is kept in pretty good shape for a new place. The store is very clean and organized with fully stocked shelves, offering lots of stuff suited for many types of people. It has pretty good LED lights, electronics, and good snacks. However, some shoppers were shocked and turned off to see items for sale over $5.00, which contradicts the store name and promise. The staff at the front were very friendly, offering a welcome and a good day. Overall, it is a lovely, well-lit place with many lovely items beautifully displayed, and many would recommend this location.

Horrible customer service in this store. The staff will benefit from training on how to interact and resolve simple day-to-day interactions.

The cleanliness of the store 10/10 however picking 1 p.m. to close off the toy section in the middle of summer come on.

This particular store is still under construction; it’s very confusing to enter and encounter so much merchandise and boxes from the pumps, making it difficult to identify different areas.
