She started with giving me her expertise on design and made sure I was helped in locating the right ones we picked. Her eye for design was extremely helpful. Reese was also helpful, very respectful and efficient. He located what I needed right away and knew exactly where everything was. I went in to exchange something else and he immediately, without many questions, knew exactly what I needed and got it done. Brenda also gave me some advice on another grout selection and it worked out well, without me even asking for help she offered it and was very helpful.
