“These are the 4 n.y.strip steaks i purchased at The Fresh Market.
They are Premium but eat like prime. Not an Anomoly!
Reminds me of the quality meats i enjoyed from BRUNO, my Italian butcher on Metro in Queens.
I would serve these to anyone.
