“This place use to be pretty awesome, I really liked all the employees but sadly some have left but others have come. Honestly if it wasn't for Felix I probably would have had given this place 1 star but he literally turned the situation around. He is your guy to come see, ask and get some genuine customer service with a smile. There are other cool employees but there's also the few who sadly will make your visit miserable, and give you that can you leave attitude. Sad but it is what it is. 50/50 so ask for Felix if he's there. You can't lose!This location is off of University Drive & Royal Palm. It has a crap load of decent deals, but really good products. Hands down my favorite is their beef tracheae treats that's organic and extremely beneficial for breeds with chronic respiratory problems. Your welcome! They always have deals and specials just ask, they'll tell. Come with an open mind and stay positive, remember it's for our pets who we consider part of the familia! Good luck! :D”
