“Today was national teddy bear day and it was super busy. Amber made our experience great for my granddaughter. She was kind and courteous and took my granddaughter through the entire process even though there were others waiting. Excellent customer service from Amber!”

“It was eerily quiet in the store (I was the only one inside around 11:30 a.m. on a Saturday). The products on the shelves looked good, though. Various anime and gaming products from Sonic to Demon Slayer, Jujutsu Kaisen, DBZ, and more. You can buy figurines, posters, keychains, etc. Layout is conducive to the amount of the space given in the Galleria Mall.”
“Lovely place very clean fully stocked shelves not many shoppers during our 4pm visit. Definitely was shocked to see items for sale over and above $5.00 not $5.00 and below the capped $5.00 or remove from shelves. Was a little concerned when they displayed items over the promised price did trust doing business with folk that promote and promise one thing and do something differently. Enjoyed browsing the entire store offering so many lovely items in a well lit store very very clean and things are beautifully displayed. I was turned off but the over priced items over $5.00 so we decided to not buy anything. Five Below may need to consider a change of name from Five Below to something more fitting.”

“I find out about this store throughout instagram and it was love at first sight, the store is beautiful with so many good quality toys, they even have a small table with a lot of samples of the toys they sell so the kids (and adults) can try them, my son loves that area and gives him the opportunity to try and see what he likes. The owner is very sweet and helpful, she always recommend me the best toys options for my son. I also have purchased things online and the checkout was very smooth and the shipping super fast!… This store has become my favorite place to go and I don’t care that I have to drive almost an hour to get there because it’s definitely worth it, so I would 100% recommend this store!!!!”
