“I stopped here with a friend who was looking to rent some warehouse space to use as a pottery studio. Unfortunately, it turns out he wouldn’t be able to operate a kiln in the space. This was a bit of a disappointment since having a kiln is essential for his pottery work. However, we decided to make the most of our visit and thoroughly explored the facility.
His interaction with the attendant was very good. The attendant was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the features and amenities of the warehouse spaces available. He also provided detailed information about the lease terms, security measures, and accessibility options, which was very helpful.
The customer service was great. The attendant was not only professional but also friendly and approachable, making my friend feel valued and respected as a potential tenant. The facility itself was extremely well-maintained. The cleanliness and organization of the space were impressive, with wide aisles and well-lit areas that would be ideal for various types of businesses.

“Truck entrance is on NW 30Th Ave. Not a lot of room to back up. Get here before 11:30 and back in ANY open door. Go the the office to check in just before midnight. They will tell you to open your doors.I was unloaded pretty quickly, Was pulling out at 0105.???”
