“We recently had some work being done at a nearby auto shop and got stuck late in the day as the shop was closing and needed a part to get on the road. The Crawfordville Autozone had the part and brought it over to the shop so that we could get back on the road. Quick response and above and beyond service!”
“I recently had keys made at this Ace Hardware location and was very impressed with the service. The gentleman who made the keys did not simply rely on the automated machine. After the key came out, he looked at it carefully, noticed it needed correction, and adjusted it manually.
That kind of attention to detail makes a real difference. I have had keys made at other places where the machine produced a key that did not work, and then it was frustrating and time-consuming to deal with the problem afterward. At Ace, there was a human being paying attention and making sure the job was done right.
I really appreciate that level of care and craftsmanship. It is exactly the kind of service that makes me want to return to Ace Hardware.”
“Miguel was (as always) extremely extremely helpful… I did not ask for his help, he volunteered and it was very hot outside, but he has always so knowledgeable and so helpful. I wish you had a store full of him.
The staff here in its entirety is well suited for their each individual position… Always satisfied when I go here… To the Crawfordville store”
“Went in for a new tire hoping they had my size in stock because I had an unfixable nail in my tire
Fortunately they had one
I was done in less than 45 minutes and was kept up to date through the Walmart app on the progress being made on my car”

“I would like to give Tanner at O’Reilly Auto Parts in Crawfordville, FL a special thanks for his help tonight. My wife and I were camping at a state park about 35 minutes from the store. We decided to go for a drive through the park about 8:15. When we got in the vehicle, it almost did not start due to the battery. I searched parts houses and saw this store closes at 9. I called and told Tanner my situation and that we were due to check out the next morning so I wanted to get the battery tonight. He ran over the options with me on the phone and told me he would have the one I selected waiting. When I got there shortly before 9, he checked my alternator and then installed the new battery, all with a good attitude. For that, I showed him a picture of the approximately 50 pound black drum I caught on our camping trip because he had said he likes to fish. I truly appreciate good service and Tanner gave it tonight!”
