“I had a battery issue and returned to AutoZone to check how old my battery was. Tara immediately greeted me, mop in hand, and she helped me find that information. Ralph T the manager was helpful also in letting me know I had just missed the window on my 2 year extended warranty on my 3 year Duralast Gold. Tara looked at the battery and could tell it needed replacing due to the corrosion. She tested it anyway and carried the new battery out. It was a bear of a battery exchange due to the post and terminal being corrupted together. Tara kept a great attitude during the exchange, even in the hot Florida sun and she and Ralph got me going again. This is the reason I am an AutoZone customer and have always gone to them for parts and exchanges. Great job, the should get bonuses as far as going above and beyond for me today.”
