“I would like to give Tanner at O’Reilly Auto Parts in Crawfordville, FL a special thanks for his help tonight. My wife and I were camping at a state park about 35 minutes from the store. We decided to go for a drive through the park about 8:15. When we got in the vehicle, it almost did not start due to the battery. I searched parts houses and saw this store closes at 9. I called and told Tanner my situation and that we were due to check out the next morning so I wanted to get the battery tonight. He ran over the options with me on the phone and told me he would have the one I selected waiting. When I got there shortly before 9, he checked my alternator and then installed the new battery, all with a good attitude. For that, I showed him a picture of the approximately 50 pound black drum I caught on our camping trip because he had said he likes to fish. I truly appreciate good service and Tanner gave it tonight!”
