“Thank you! I was trapped inside my wheelchair equipped van when the doors wouldn't open. We went to Mack's for help, and Ashton didn't hesitate to tackle the problem. After 45 minutes, Ashton and others got the doors open and made a temporary fix to ensure I could get out when I got back to the house. If not for Mack's, Ashton, and the crew, I would have had the doors drilled out or used another destructive method, leaving permanent damage to the van. Mack's has always been family-oriented, professional, and courteous over the 25 years I've been here, and it's great to see they haven't changed.”

“I recently had to warranty an exhaust manifold originally purchased 4 ½ years ago, and the experience was outstanding. The store manager was behind the counter—working incredibly hard, I might add—and he assisted us personally. He was fast, professional, and had us back on the road in just a few minutes.
I had mentioned that it was a five-year warranty and that the part had broken just in time. He actually corrected me, noting that it carries a limited lifetime warranty. I was blown away; you truly couldn't ask for better, more knowledgeable customer service.
While I assume he was the manager (an inexperienced employee rarely has that level of expertise), he deserves serious recognition. Advanced should fight hard to keep him on the team. Honestly, if I hadn't sold my business, I would have offered him $90,000 on the spot to come work for me. Yes, he really was that good. Two thumbs up!”

“Scott took my car in last minute even with a full shop and schedule and still went above and beyond on the install. Installing a new clutch can always be tricky but he made sure everything fit just right and worked how it should. After installing the headers he made sure there were no problems with the exhaust system and double checked everything before letting me know it was ready to go. To my surprise the car was detailed and ready to go when I arrived at the shop, will definitely be back when it comes time for a cam upgrade. Would recommend him to anyone who wants their car to be taken care of while being worked on.Services: Transmission”

“I will never go to any other car rental companies again. I a local and I needed my car worked on. I shopped around and then I found step one car rental. They were more that accommodating because they had to extend that date due to unforseen issues with it being a brand new 2025 Nissan. Still even with the delays the called me or text me everyday and explained what was going on. They are awesome. They lady at the front desk was more than helpful everyday. My adjuster Josh (i thimk is mame was)was very accommodating and put up with me
Also the man that was there when we picked up the car explained to My husband was very thorough. He might have been one of the managers. Im really bad with names but this office and deserves all the accolades. They are truly the best. I'll never go anywhere else even though I just found out there is one closer to me house. Thanks everyone you are all the best!!

“I had my brake pads changed, and my 2021 Chevy Sub. kept saying my brake pads were not working and the brakes weren't holding. I called this Pep Boys location for assistance and spoke to Andy. He was very kind on the phone and professional to an exceptional degree. However, when I arrived, Michael, Andy, and the rest of their team were amazing and helpful. I couldn't have been more appreciative of their assistance and professionalism. Lip service is one thing, but these guys are indeed one of a kind, at this location. They took care of the problem without any issues

“I only have the most positive response to my recent interaction with this company. Originally, I took my son‘s car somewhere else for an estimate and was blown away on how much they wanted to fix his car
I decided to get a second opinion The same day that I called I was told that I can bring the car in for an estimate, we were given the estimate immediately which was the third of the cost of what the previous body shop had quoted us. The owner of Crestview paint body is very upfront and honest and said we didn’t need all that other stuff that was previously offered so within two weeks the car was in the shop. The car was fixed. Amazing communication amazing customer service, but the best part of this review is that my son went to go pick up his car. He gets in the car and calls me and says they clean my car. I said well they normally do when they paint a car they wash the outside. He said no they cleaned the inside of my car. This is a 20 year old that doesn’t have time to clean his own car. He was so freaking happy the little extra things in life make a difference. Thank you”
