“I had an excellent experience on Saturday, July 4th, 2026 with Shawna, Jordan, and their manager. Shawna patiently answered all of my questions. Services done: Tire/fluids/brakes/lights/battery checked. Oil system cleaning. Oil & filter change. New engine air filter. New cabin air filter. Shawna also taught me something no other mechanic has even mentioned about my car before: it has a type of engine that is known to burn oil (not a death sentence, but definitely needs to be monitored). And the last time it was worked on was February 2026 at a different shop, so I'm shocked no one thought to mention it.
I felt the prices were reasonable, the speed of service was very efficient, and the customer service was excellent. Thank you!

“Took my 69 Stingray in for brakes, and rebuilding of carburetors. The mechanic Who worked on it, Wolf, was a perfectionist. He not only installed new alternator and adjusted my starter, timing and etc. This guy is top notch! Gave some additional advice on how to keep it running properly!”

“I found Torque Theory through Google and by word of mouth around Crestview, and I'm really glad I gave them a shot. I called, and they were able to fit me in right away. They did a full inspection on my truck, and since I already needed an oil change, Martin walked me through everything, wrote up an estimate, and took care of the oil change and a brake fluid exchange.
The whole experience was straightforward and honest. I never felt pressured into anything, and they took the time to explain what they found. It's hard to find a shop you can trust these days, but I left feeling confident I'd found one. “I called Perry's transmissions today in regards to my Vans transmission that is acting up. I explained to them that I bought the van used but found out the transmission that is in it has less than 20,000 mi on it and was installed at a dealership in Pensacola
I told Perry's that the dealership told me the warranty is non-transferable to a new owner. Not only did they let me know that that was not correct they sent me an email with proof. I then read that email to the service department at the dealership in Pensacola who told me 2 weeks ago the warranty was non-transferable
As soon as I got done reading it they caved in said they can take care of it no problem.
Perry's transmissions did this knowing that the dealership would get the work and they would not.

“Brian worked with us to find the correct decking material and accessories. The posts and framework are solid and the deck looks great. The other thing is that Brian drew up a plan and built our walkway from the front of the house to the backyard just as I imagined and asked him to do. There are several ramps that allow needed wheelchair access. Overall, everything went great. All in one week.”

“I brought my car in without an appointment. They were up front about everything. They explained what my issues were and what they would need to do to give me a quote. I chose to only fix what was needed to operate the car (I didn’t get the ac fixed because it was going to be too much work to even diagnose the problem.) He got my permission to go ahead with the other repairs. They finished in a timely manner. Guaranteed their work for 12 months or 12k miles. And, the pricing was fair. I would totally recommend this shop.”
“Had THE BEST experience at CSS! Learned that getting the lowest price on a tractor wasn’t as important as knowing I had great people who cared about taking care of me afterwards. I looked around at some places saying they were offering a “lifetime powertrain warranty” and learned some of those places hardly provide service at all. If it isn’t the manufacturer’s warranty, you’ll be taking it back where you bought it. Yes, I paid $1,000 more, but I don’t have to drive 3 hours for warranty work and wait for 6 months plus to get my tractor fixed.”

“Scott took my car in last minute even with a full shop and schedule and still went above and beyond on the install. Installing a new clutch can always be tricky but he made sure everything fit just right and worked how it should. After installing the headers he made sure there were no problems with the exhaust system and double checked everything before letting me know it was ready to go. To my surprise the car was detailed and ready to go when I arrived at the shop, will definitely be back when it comes time for a cam upgrade. “We had an incident with a fallen tree in the roadway that swiped our awning open and dangling. We were unable to keep driving because we could not get the awning closed and locked in place. One phone call to Mitchell's RV repair and they met us along the roadway within 20 mins. They secured the awning up and we were able to drive it to their business for repair. They also fixed a roof puncture from the tree. All within a reasonable time and price. We are thankful they came to our rescue. An excellent office secretary and team made a bad day much better.”
