“I had an excellent experience on Saturday, July 4th, 2026 with Shawna, Jordan, and their manager. Shawna patiently answered all of my questions. Services done: Tire/fluids/brakes/lights/battery checked. Oil system cleaning. Oil & filter change. New engine air filter. New cabin air filter. Shawna also taught me something no other mechanic has even mentioned about my car before: it has a type of engine that is known to burn oil (not a death sentence, but definitely needs to be monitored). And the last time it was worked on was February 2026 at a different shop, so I'm shocked no one thought to mention it.
I felt the prices were reasonable, the speed of service was very efficient, and the customer service was excellent. Thank you!

Huge shoutout to Kelley’s Auto & Diesel Repair! Brought my 2021 RAM 6.7 Cummins in to get a Banks Performance intake horn installed and these guys killed it. Super friendly, straight shooters, and they know their stuff when it comes to diesels.
The install was clean, quick, and done right the first time. Truck feels stronger and more responsive—exactly what I was hoping for. You can tell they take pride in their work and actually care about the rigs they’re working on.

“I called Perry's transmissions today in regards to my Vans transmission that is acting up. I explained to them that I bought the van used but found out the transmission that is in it has less than 20,000 mi on it and was installed at a dealership in Pensacola
I told Perry's that the dealership told me the warranty is non-transferable to a new owner. Not only did they let me know that that was not correct they sent me an email with proof. I then read that email to the service department at the dealership in Pensacola who told me 2 weeks ago the warranty was non-transferable
As soon as I got done reading it they caved in said they can take care of it no problem.
Perry's transmissions did this knowing that the dealership would get the work and they would not.
Thank you Perry's transmissions you saved me $12,000 and did not have to!!”

“Thank you! I was trapped inside my wheelchair equipped van when the doors wouldn't open. We went to Mack's for help, and Ashton didn't hesitate to tackle the problem. After 45 minutes, Ashton and others got the doors open and made a temporary fix to ensure I could get out when I got back to the house. If not for Mack's, Ashton, and the crew, I would have had the doors drilled out or used another destructive method, leaving permanent damage to the van. Mack's has always been family-oriented, professional, and courteous over the 25 years I've been here, and it's great to see they haven't changed.”
“We just got a fence put in on about .3 acre. And it was an iron and privacy fence combination, and gate installation. They showed up on time and early to do the job, did high-quality work, and left it clean. AND we forgot there was a concrete path that would impede their ability to install the fence until the day-of (our bad), luckily they manually were able to break through the concrete (4-5 inches deep) and help us out. Brian was very communicative and pricing was very fair. 10/10 recommend.”

“Overall great experience! Brought in our 2010 Honda Odyssey with a small list of what I suspected to be wrong. They did a thorough inspection, verified the things I suspected, and gave a detailed report of the other things they found. Easy process to approve or deny the repairs they recommended. For the parts that I denied, there was no pressure/pushing whatsoever to try and get me to approve it for more work. When something else was found during work, they were quick to communicate with me and get approval for additional repair. Very fair pricing and quality work.
Constructive feedback (even though it's one of my least favorite words):
Each day until I picked up the van, they pulled it inside to ensure it was secure (much appreciated!) but they had to jump it everytime. It would go a long way in customer retention and loyalty to take a quick look at it/ask the customer if they want it looked at. Asked them to test the battery when I picked it up and their tester showed a bad battery. Took it home and after a brief investigation, I found it was simply the positive terminal clamp that needed to be replaced and not a bad battery. So, something as simple as finding/replacing a bad terminal clamp would go a long way in customer retention and loyalty. Again, just some constructive feedback that in no way alters my view of how great this shop did.
Although nobody looks forward to taking their car to the mechanic, I look forward to bringing any of our cars to this shop when needed.”

“Scott took my car in last minute even with a full shop and schedule and still went above and beyond on the install. Installing a new clutch can always be tricky but he made sure everything fit just right and worked how it should. After installing the headers he made sure there were no problems with the exhaust system and double checked everything before letting me know it was ready to go. To my surprise the car was detailed and ready to go when I arrived at the shop, will definitely be back when it comes time for a cam upgrade.
