The convenience of paying with a card or app on the phone is great, and customers can track the progress of the laundry cycle through an app. Employees are nice, keep the area very clean, and are super helpful. They take such good care of customers. One customer running late from a doctor’s appointment was helped by an employee who was very nice, courteous, and professional, ensuring the laundry was taken care of and safe. Another employee was also very nice and helpful. Customers will not forget their kindness and attentiveness—exceptional customer service. Ducky’s also sells detergent and dryer sheets and offers a wash/dry/fold service by the pound. The wash/dry/fold service is amazing; customers pick the products they want, drop it off, and it is often done the same day. It is very affordable. Ducky’s is absolutely the nicest laundromat anyone has ever been to.
