I WAS RUNNING LATE FROM A DOCTOR’S APPOINTMENT AFTER DROPPING OFF MY LAUNDRY TO DRY IT AT DUCKY’S. MY DOCTOR APPOINTMENT RAN LONGER THAN I HAD ANTICIPATED, SO I CALLED DUCKY’S AND SPOKE TO RILEY. I TOLD RILEY I WAS WORRIED ABOUT MY LAUNDRY GETTING DONE BEFORE I GOT THERE SINCE MY DOCTOR APPOINTMENT WAS RUNNING LONGER THAN I EXPECTED. RILEY TOLD ME NOT TO WORRY ABOUT IT THAT SHE WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT AND TO TAKE MY TIME. RILEY WAS SO VERY NICE AND SO COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. WHEN I FINALLY GOT OUT OF MY DOCTOR APPOINTMENT AND GOT BACK OVER TO DUCKY’S, RILEY WAS TRUE TO HER WORD AND HAD MADE SURE MY LAUNDRY WAS TAKEN CARE OF AND SAFE AND SOUND. ASHLEY, HER COWORKER WAS VERY NICE AS WELL AND SUPER HELPFUL. I WILL NOT FORGET THEIR KINDNESS AND THEIR ATTENTIVENESS…EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!?? GO TO DUCKY’S LAUNDROMAT IN CRESTVIEW FOR YOUR LAUNDRY NEEDS AND TELL RILEY I SENT YOU…YOU WILL BE SO GLAD YOU DID…BEST DECISION EVER!??”

“This is a fine and affordable place to do your laundry. Regular household sized washers with agitator are $2.50. The LARGE for bedding is $7.50. There is no in between size like others in town offer.
The coin machines work. Its mostly all windows so its bright, plenty of chairs and little tables to sit. The people who work here seem to keep it clean.
The doors swing both ways making it easy to get in and out with an arm full of laundry baskets.
The bathroom might not be the best, sometimes smelling like urine, but at least they offer a bathroom, unlike Soap Opera laundry.
The only complaint, if you can call it that, is the Television. If I go in early AM one of the workers watches The View which I can not stand!
That's on me, I can bring headphones and ignore it.
It's a perfectly fine place to wash laundry.”
