my daughter lives in okaloosa county .. and she lost her job . And they helped her for 6months… really kind lady’s in the office off of Beal prkwy

They are a bias organization. I have tried to get a lady help paying her power and water bill. She has her water cut off. Trying to get help from the kindness of others to keep her power on. Was told the Mayor could help. Called his office, he never returned the call. People who cannot work who has a health disability should be given priority.

They DO NO help with rental assistance. If you happen to type in "rental assistance Crestview Florida" as my sister did; and call asking about rental assistance.. You will receive no assistance and a dismissive tone from the man answering the phone. He couldn't even be bothered to point her in the direction of anyone who could. I don't know how these guy got mixed up with this google search. But DO NOT call about rental assistance.

I left message, never got a call back. That's disturbing, considering I'm a Senior Citizen on a fixed income asking for information, which I stated on the voice mail. So, if you're really needing information on assistance, don't hold your breath for a response ?

Vicki is really caring of your situation. Very nice and pleasant to talk to and someone willing to help. If it was not for her and Tri-County I would have been stuck with no electricity. I can't imagine all the types of people she has to deal with on a daily basis. I know what it is like to work with the public you have your good days and bad and the good ones are a great award. I am just thankful for her help and pray that everyone sees her as I do and appreciate her and Tri CountyUpdate: Now that Vicki is gone I would change these stars if I could. It seems like the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing and there is times when no one is there at all. They certainly don’t know anything about Florida Power and Lights I just pray everyone learns about them. They don’t even know what is going on so I am sure everyone is getting misinformation but you could still work on it until you knew what was going on to tell people the correct information. I don’t know if it has changed yet or not but they need help
