Salesman was awful, rude and sexist! Came in for a new phone, told me a higher price than online and would not match the price. Also would only talk to my boyfriend and not me and it's my account! Will never go in the south Crestview store again!!!

Came in here and hour or two before closing so there was only one employee working, which is absolutely fine. She was nice and tried to answer our questions, but she clearly wasnt given the necessary information or trained correctly enough to answer basic questions about a replacement and an upgrade. I wanted to do my upgrade and get a case and charger, pay for an insurance replacement and add on a new tablet for my wife, but her lack of knowledge and inability to answer any questions we had made us feel uncomfortable with getting our work done at this location. We are just going to go to our home store a few towns over but it would have been awesome to get these changes started on our way from crestview visiting family.

I went to the store to get a new phone and the lack of customer service and professionalism resulted in me thanking them for there time and leaving. Trying to ask questions the experienced gentleman was short and seem bothered by any interruption. The girl was new and obviously the training here is subpar. I was told that there are no longer any discounts and what you see in the board is what you get. I will not be going back to this store and contemplating a carrier change. I recommend anyone to buy there phone one ebay (of course research what you are buying and from whom) and stick with prepaid.

Had a very bad experience here.Me and my wife went in to upgrade to new phones because my had died and the girl that helped us was not professional. We were each charged $35 just for her to turn on our new phones (we've upgraded at home before so we know it's not hard, and you don't get charged). Then asked us if we wanted screen protectors but failed to mention that they would cost $50 each. Then after all of that we were charged on our next bill an extra $35 each for an upgrade fee that we were not informed would be charged. I highly recommend just having a phone mailed to your house and doing it yourself over going to this store and being charged for things you can very easily do yourself.

Verizon do better!!! Been a customer since 2005! Never have I felt bamboozled by prices like this go round. $35 each activation which I'm used to when getting a new phone in store. Which still, thanks for turning on the phone. But $50 each for screen protectors! I know I should have asked the price but she should have disclosed it also. Now another $35 each for upgrading on next bill which also was not mentioned when we were in store. You would think they would care just a tad bit more for customers who have been with them for almost 20 years!

My mother came in this store on Sunday and ordered a new IPhone that wasn’t in stock. They said it would be In Tuesday the 21st. She left work early and went to get it and it wasn’t in. NO one called her to say hey it wasn’t in yet that Verizon changed the shipping. Then she called today and they said it was in. So she left DeFuniak to Crestview again the second day in a row. She got there today and there was a girl working by herself that had been left alone on her second day of working there. She called the girl who originally helped and she didn’t answer and then she called the boss. The boss was very short and annoyed because she had him on speaker phone so mother heard his attitude. She had no training on switching from an Android to an IPhone the girl was very sorry and apologized said she would have to come back tomorrow. I understand short staff but the person in charge should have never left that poor girl alone by herself. If he can’t handle being the “BOSS” when she needed him to help her then he needs a new JOB!!!!! He is definitely not meant for this job. 2/22/23

I have had a Verizon account for a number of years. On October 12th I visited the Verizon location at 1900 S Ferdon in Crestview Fl. I had just purchased an iphone14Plus and screensaver on line and did not feel comfortable transferring the data etc over from the old to the new and was hoping they would help. I was greeted by a young lady named Taylor who sincerely made me feel appreciated as a customer and was eager to help. As she was transferring the data over to the new phone, a gentleman by the name of Ryan came over put the screen protector on for me. I can truly say that these two individuals made me feel as though I was valued as a customer and not just a number. It was great to find customer service that they displayed!

First trip today was to the S Ferson branch where the employees could care less about customer service! Pretty rude, we walked out of S Ferdon location and headed straight to N Ferdon location by Winn Dixie and they were EXCELLENT. From the moment we walked in to the minute we left. I walked in and asked for a professional because I had 4 boost mobile phones that no longer worked since they switched companies and their service was horrendous. Ryan went out of his way to help us switch over to Verizon. He helped us for almost 3 hours because boost mobile was giving us the run around. Our service is now great and we couldn't be happier. Ryan at the Crestview FL store is awesome. Thank you!
