I was out of town a few weeks ago when my phone went completely dead, had no choice but to buy a new phone. The service here was great, my sales person was Michael Deeg who went above and beyond, no passwords with me, and he was able to which my phone completely over with no issues. Very knowledgeable I would strongly recommend him and this store.

Mario is always such a pleasure to work with. Smart, understanding and really tried to make it simple for me and my family. Other staff was extremely friendly and even asked to chime in and help save me money on my monthly bill. Thanks guys!

Lied about promotions - the bill is way more than he told us it would be. I called and asked to speak to the man we worked with. He blamed the whole thing on Verizon and just blew me off after. Still trying to rectify the situation…. I seriously think he just made up numbers. I was warned not to go here by my coworkers - and I definitely never will again.

I started noticing some issues with my phone a day or so ago and came into the Crystal River Cellular store this evening. Michael Sims greeted us with an open door, inviting us in. Right away, he pulled up our plan and was able to find us the best deal for the right price. He was able to trade in our current phones and get us two brand-new iphones while lowering the monthly bill moving forward. This was the first time since having Verizon that this has happened for us. Michael was very knowledgeable about the phones, plan options, and different ways to help us out. We didn’t feel like we were being pressured or hassled in any way like normally when you have to buy something new. He was very pleasant to work with and made getting two new phones a breeze! We look forward to working with him again in the future if need be!

A.C. was great! Very helpful on the phone when I called. Wanted me to let him know when we were coming in so he could be ready for us. Explained everything and took care of our new phone purchase. Made it an enjoyable experience. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Highly recommend!

My first visit to Verizon was exceptional. AC greeted me at the door and escorted me to his desk...no waiting on a bench for someone to acknowledge me. He listened to my questions patiently, then offered several options. His manner was so professional without any pushy sales techniques. AC is a credit to this Verizon store. Thank you Verizon for employing such caring associates!

After being a loyal customer for over 20 years, it's disappointing to encounter poor customer service. When we visited the Crystal River location late on Monday the 30th, we were met with a disrespectful salesperson who acknowledged that many phones had been breaking like ours but still insisted that we pay off the faulty phone to get a new one.
The dismissive attitude and lack of support were incredibly frustrating. We should have noted the salesperson's name, but this encounter has seriously made us reconsider our relationship with Verizon. I feel compelled to share how poorly paying customers are treated at the Crystal River Verizon store. This is not the level of service I expected from a company I've been loyal to for so long. It's disappointing to see how customer service has declined.
