“Called in a panic because we were at the KOA down the road and we kept tripping the pedestal breaker. Spoke with who I believe is the owner and also the friendliest guy around. Talked through my issue and decided a new surge protector and power cord were needed (it was hot as the sun and we had a dog to keep cool in the camper so troubleshooting each piece would have taken too long). Ended up chatting for probably an hour about everything under the sun (including the sun). The new cord and protector fixed our issue and we were able to take day trips knowing the pup would stay comfortable. I never got his name, lol, but his knowledge is top notch. 10/10 would recommend and I hope I never HAVE to see him again!”
