We were in the process of selling our 2010 Lexus RX350 and needed that information to document that there were no liens on the car. Sofia helped us and she was fantastic. She listened carefully, researched our accounts records and was able to provide us with the balance statement on the loan showing it was fully paid for.In addition, she went beyond the scope of our request and printed us a copy of the Florida Department of Motor Vehicles records showing No Liens on our Lexus Vehicle Identification Number.Sophia was pleasant, knowledgeable and exceeded our expectations.
