Great family-like environment, they really care about your personal fitness goals and don't push you to do anything that you're not comfortable with. If I could give them more stars, I would.”

“I go with my wife, in a plan that is personalized for a couple that would like to better themselves for each other. Even though we both show up to the same personal trainer, they gear the workout to work on what each indivisible person needs to better their health. I can only speak for myself when I say that I came in with some physical issues that have since diminished so I am better able to work on my personal goals (shoulder issues and knee issues are reduced so I can now work on my core issues at hand). If you are a married couple, I would recommend working with a personal trainer for the both of you at the same time. I currently work with Trainer Melanie and have awesome results.”
