I’ve unfortunately have had to visit this facility twice within the past week and it is safe to say that this place is terrible. Staff has horrible customer skills, the workers had an attitude for no apparent reason and they are not being forced to work for Labcorp. I was turned away twice even though I had an appointment and the facility hours reflected that the location was still open. It appears that the workers at this location are in no way properly trained , experienced and professional as the workers at other medical facilities. I will be making a complaint with the better business bureau

Had to wait 2 hours for a drug test and ended up leaving. The employees see you at the front desk and feel like it when they want to attend you. Complete waste of my time. Don’t recommend coming here at all

The school note for my daughter that they gave me was unreadable , when I asked for a a better print job they told me that that’s what they have I asked for a supervisor i insisted for another copy the first one was unacceptable and the second still unreadable and they kept telling me that wasn’t another choice

MAYRA SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL IGNORED ME AS I CALLED HER POLITELY EXCUME MAM.. AS I STOOD INFRONT OF HER IN THE WINDOW I MOVED BECAUSE SHE CALLED ANOTHER PATIENT I THEN STEPPED AT THE WINDOW AGAIN CALLED HERFOR HELP AND MENTIONED ABOVE AND SHE SAT ON HER SEAT AWAY FROM WINDOW .. COMPLETELY INCOMPATANT ... FELT DISCRIMINATED ...

Don't be carried away by the bad comments, if you bring everything you need to be able to serve you at your appointment, you will receive excellent and fast attention. Luckily, I didn't rely on the comments and my experience was excellent.

This facility ONLY takes paper requisition orders. The guy that is covering the window was disrespectful, unprofessional, unethical and rude. Basically he forced me to fax a requisition to his fax because thats the only way or to bring a PAPER order like is 1980! After I faxed the order the lady asked for my phone to see the order anyways so I paid and downloaded an app to fax because he just wants people to follow a stupid protocol that he himself invented! I will never come to this Labcorp again. This guy that “welcomes”you to this facility is making everyone leave if they don’t have an order in paper. He Is rude to patients, laughs on their face and thats why the reviews are bad for this labcorp. Never again. He looked at me violently and made me wait and put other people before me that came later on. Basically is an abuse for patients.

I came in for a urine test, which takes 1 minute, it took me 2 hours and I was told that appointments are priority. The lack of employees is ridiculous.

The worst experience of my life, my two-year-old child has autism and was treated with such inhumanity that it was horrible, they did not let me in, even though I mentioned my child's condition, the woman was very cruel, telling me that they only allowed one person and she entered with arb, even so I had to run in because my child began to vomit due to the stress he was under, in short, it was all very tedious, stay away from this place.

Doesn’t help when employees barely speak English and they are not friendly or acknowledge patients when you’re at the window.

The customer service and respect for patients is horrible, in one hour that I was sitting I had to witness the lack of professionalism of the team, they do not pay attention to the elderly who need help with check-in, the man at the front desk is a hungry animal with women he does not show the slightest respect, people with special needs were not treated with any type of help.
This place urgently needs to be monitored.
I will never return to this place
