“Bio Reference is attempting to do the impossible and provide as many tests results as possible during this pandemic, so it is expected for things to be difficult sometimes, but if you call and speak with their support specialists , they will help you, We had an incident where the miami dade form filler submitted a birthday Oct 2 1961 as 10/12 9610 and the exams would not show up, but after searching with them, we were able to find them. the result was there for over 5 days and it was not their fault that it was lost, but it WAS thanks to them that it was found. Please if you experience issues , check your DOB and understand that they're trying their best to give a good service. This is a huge health issue and we're all working together to survive :) wear a mask and be nice to doctors and lab experts”

Melissa, was the person who took care of me. She was wonderful. I am not easy to find my veins. She took her time, prepared me, and got the vein right the first time, that hadn't happened to me in a very long time.
Despite being young, Melissa has a lot of knowledge of her work, and it's clear she does it with pleasure.

“I’ve never been through a quicker process at a quest diagnostic center before. The man there. I didn’t get his name but he’s quite quaint and super nice. The place is easy to find using Google maps and off anyone has a bad review from here about putting in a cup you’re sick. It was honestly the easiest experience for me. I feel the advancement in my hiring process at my new job. Anyway. I’m leaving now. 2:25PM 7/29/21”
