10/10 best location in Florida, the young girl named Valentina was so polite, patient, and helpful. She is the nicest and most knowledgeable beauty store employee I have ever met!!! If you ever plan on going to a Sally’s location I urge you to take the extra drive to this location. Will 100% be shopping here weekly and recommending my friends.

My favorite Sally was closed (The Falls Miami) but i could find other Sally on my way and the store is great and excellence service ( US1 with 191 street Miami)

MY FAVORITE SALLY’S.The young lady who works here always helps me and I love seeing her at the store. Her consultations are always great! They know their stuff here. For emergencies, I’ve had to order online next day delivery SAVED my hair multiple times. I change my hair very often and today luckily the bilingual star who saw my order made sure to call to make sure I have developer. How sweet. She even asked me if I had a preferred one, and she gave me options to choose the size… if wasn’t for her I wouldn’t have been able to change my hair. THANK YOU ANGELS.

Omg! I wished I would have asked for the lady’s name that helped me at the store; she saved my hair! I originally had a balayage that was done wrong and it came out super blonde and I decided to head to Sally’s so I can get my dark brown hair again. The lady at the store was super nice and gave me thorough instructions on how to get my original color back and all I can say is I got it back, shiny and beautiful. Like if It was done at the salon. I will definitely be coming back to this specific store. Very helpful and saved me hair! She worked on Friday and it was around 3pm. Lol idk her name but thank you!

I never do reviews but this young lady who helped me today was absolutely amazing that I just had to. I walked in to get some bleach and hair dye to redo my hair and as soon as I walked in she came to assist me. She answered all my questions in detail and was so kind that when I asked her to repeat she did and she didn't make me feel stupid for asking basic questions. She recommendeded me different products and gave me recommendations on how to make the color pop even more. She also helped me find the perfect brand that would give me the best and brightest color. I am so thankful that she was there to help me not only have fun with dyeing my hair but to do it safely to keep my hair healthy. I 1000% recommended this store. (I don't remember her name but she had purple/lavender hair and was about 24.)

(COVID-19 Curbside Pick Up experience) I had called the store about 5 times in a row, and no one picked up which I understand it was most likely busy at the time. I had called so I could place an order for pick up. Since no one answered, I drove to Sally’s to see what was up. There were a few girls waiting outside already so I knew it had been busy. I had to wait about 10-15 minutes without an employee coming outside asking me for help. As soon as an employee stepped out (Chavely/Chabely), she wrote down all the other girls information except mine, she didn’t even make eye contact with me. Then as she proceeded to go back into the store, I stopped her to get her attention. She responded along the lines, with unnecessary attitude, “Right now I’m dealing with a lot of orders-“ and I couldn’t hear her other half of her sentence. Regardless, I knew she meant it in a rude and annoyed way. All I wanted was for an employee to acknowledge me so I was assured that I would be helped soon. I felt like it was extremely unnecessary and rude of her to react that way to a customer, instead she could’ve simply acknowledged me and told me to wait a few more minutes. If you come to this Sally’s, make sure there’s a different employee who can help since clearly Chavely seems annoyed at her own workspace.

Nice personnel. Ladies are so nice and helpful. I get my beauty supplies here and every week it's different sales and specials. For example today buy any flat iron get one free. So swesome..
