“My family has been dealing with Sonny's since the early 1980's! We used to deal directly with Sonny himself. He sold me my LONG-LASTING Trane air conditioner just over 16 years ago! So, I am not upset about having to purchase a new AC system. I definitely got my money's worth out of the old one. It was pretty reliable through the years, good on my electric bill and was ONLY serviced by Sonny's. Of course, the downside was that this AC conked out DURING the hottest months of the year, in the Summer. AND it was at the start of the Memorial Day weekend. I called Sonny's answering service, and I got a tech callback right away. I told him I was 'cool' to wait until Tuesday, when the holiday/emergency rates were off. PLUS, I wouldn't be able to get parts until then anyway. Turns out, it just wasn't financially realistic to put money into this old unit, so I got together with them, and we settled on a new system at a very fair price. The crew came out the very next day, May 27th, to install my new air conditioning system. I was and still am VERY HAPPY with the entire process. The installers were professional, proficient and did an excellent job. My home is back to being the coolest house on the block! Thanks to the gang at Sonny's!”
