Wells seriously needs to do better with customer service and the attitudes of those who work there. I can’t say which branch is worse, Dade City or Zephyrhills ┐(´-`)┌ I wish our employees banked somewhere else, that way we wouldn’t have to deal with bad service??♀️

The bank itself is pretty great, though I admit using the app is far better than speaking with any "professional" human being here. The app's services are great, and I don't have an issue with the service. Where my problem lies is within the employees. They have a tendency to not answer the phone or put you on hold just to hang up on you should you try to speak with a representative on any day ending in "ay". They also like to play the hold-and-transfer game with you, and it seems like no one has the time or ability to help with simple things like removing charges from your account or blocking services from charging your account. Certain bankers are amazing and helpful, whereas others really show were the chain's weakness lies.

Literally had the longest wait ever Just to not have money to give nor accept unless depositing a check. ATM doesn’t work when needed the most at this branch IN SPECIFIC. Why can’t I get the same good service at this branch that I receive at the Zephyrhills branch?!

The branch manager assisted me with a problem . He was very professional and efficient. I appreciate his patience and fast delivery of documents I needed . Other staff members very friendly.

Brought in an elderly gentleman who is a long term account holder there because he thought he left his ATM card in the machine. I asked one of the tellers if they service the ATM or outside company. Was told they service ATM and she would have someone check. We waited 20 minutes, no one came over to tell us anything. Went back up to same teller to see if anyone had checked, she spoke to someone in drive thru area. Came back out to say card wasn't in ATM. Apparently they were just going to let us sit there waiting since no one could be bothered to let us know.

I would go to the branch in Zephyrhills if I need something done even though this branch is the closest one to me. Last time I went there to do cash advance, the lady was not helpful at all. She basically told me she can’t find my country on the list where I needed to do my cash advance. Moreover she asked another lady there to see if they are allowed to do so. It was so unprofessional. I do the same transaction all the time at Zephyrhills and never had a problem. I definitely won’t go there again.

I am new with Wells Fargo ..I was pleasantly surprised when i was their and needed a copy of the check..No one at the teller could get it for me ..They told me i needed to sent for a copy .. Then Ms .Miller was on her way out but got me and took care of me..I appreciate her for that

No customer service. I went in today to open a savings account, I was told I needed to make a appointment. I looked around and there was one other person in there. With 4 people sitting in their office only 1 had a customer.

I am truly in awe of the lack of concern for a potential hack of Wells Fargo. I received a text message to call a number. . supposedly from Wells Fargo. I called the number and was immediately asked for either my account information, my full debit card or my full social security number. I immediately hung up and proceeded to call the 800 number for them. When someone finally answered the phone - she asked the same questions. Since when does any bank start a conversation with asking you for your personal information???? I then tried calling this branch and was told that the CSR was busy. . nobody seems to care that customers may be getting hacked or that Wells Fargo has been hacked. I was commended for not giving my information. . . but nobody seems to want to research the fact that other customers/bank may be at risk. . . oh well, I tried.

Worse bank ever! Tried to call branch at 4:00 pm today and no one picked up. So I was out of town and figured I would just go the extra 10 mins out of my way to send a wire hoping the bank was open till 5 pm inside. I get there and there were two people waiting for a banker and 1 with the banker. The one with the banker was just chitchatting and nothing to do with banking. I sat down at 430 pm I waited and waited and waited. At 506 pm the banker comes to me and asks me what I needed. I tell her I need to send a wire. She proceeds to tell me it’s too late to send a wire and I need to come back tomorrow or make an appointment. I explain I’m out of town she saids nothing I can do. This is a sorry excuse for a bank and anyone coming beware!!! Don’t come to this bank! Will be complaining to corporate as well.
