Customer service no good, and lady dress not professional, managers take forever to solve issues with customer, one lady there waiting an hour and when she was complaining, another lady came and told her: you in the banck and she will take ur problem when she done with her call and she said it rude

Oh my God, you don’t imagine how much very bad service there. I give them my ID. They said that I don’t have a account there and every time they tell you all going we don’t have service here and every time you wait banker’s until time close and never serve you
